Do I need a lease to book hourly?
A half-day or day lease includes leftover hours at $15. If you do not need reserved weekly time, Flex Membership is $99 a month plus $15 per office hour.

Perfect for telehealth therapists, clinicians starting a private practice, or anyone who occasionally needs a professional space for an in-person client.
$99 per month + $15 per office hour
Your membership includes access to available furnished offices, online booking, secure mail handling, a profile in the West Roseville Counseling Offices directory, Wi-Fi, kitchen and waiting-room amenities, and the building’s practice-building group — an ongoing clinician community hosted by Debbie McJimsey (previous owner), so you are not building a practice alone.
There is no reserved weekly time or guaranteed office. Book an available room when you need one. If your in-person caseload grows, you can move into a recurring half-day or full-day lease.
After you join, open the hourly calendar, pick an available slot when you need an extra session, and leftover hours are $15 — Hourly.
