I work with individuals and children on a wide range of issues including anxiety, perfectionism, and depression. With couples-counseling, I provide support through life transitions or with re-connecting/rekindling loving feelings.

I also specialize in families touched by adoption, including counseling for birth parents, adoptive parents and adoptive children. Another specialty is in unique emotional needs of ‘gifted’ children and families.

I often use strengths-based and solution-focused therapy, primarily I have an attachment focus, with a humanistic style.
